Breakfast Pizza Recipe

  • 1 lb. Turkey Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 – 8oz. Roll Crescent Rolls
  • 1 1/2 Cups Hash Browns, thawed
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 5 Large Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper & 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, finely grated

Preheat Oven to 375° F

While oven is preheating, place sausage in a non-stick skillet. Cook over medium heat until cooked, drain.

Add thawed hash browns and cook until sausage and potatoes start to brown. Remove from heat.

Separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles. Place in a 12 inch pizza pan that has been lined with aluminum foil, points towards the center. Press together to form crust. (Form a slightly raised edge around outside)

Spoon browned sausage and hash browns over crust. Top with cheddar cheese.

Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over crust. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.

Bake in preheated oven until eggs are set, about 30 minutes.

Cool a few minutes before slicing. Enjoy with a fresh fruit salad or smoothie.
